There was a moment when I decided it was time to do something better, to be something better.  You see, I spent 22 years in the quick service food industry working for any number of corporate clowns - both real and imagined.  Along the way, I learned a lot about the importance of quality and quick delivery, but I lost touch with the customers that I served.

Witnessing first-hand the growing popularity of food trucks, I spent a few years researching the industry.  With my Wife by my side, together we visited taprooms, local fairs, and town festivals scattered across the great state of Minnesota.  During our travels we encountered a lot of fantastic people, doing fantastic work that they loved to do.  We saw an opportunity for us to participate in this community in a way that is both fun and delicious!

While we've worked very hard to get where we are, our journey has not been a lonely one.  Surrounded by family and friends, we have found them to be an amazing source of support and encouragement.  I would like to thank my Mom for always supporting me, no matter how sharp the scissors were.

In addition, I would like to thank my wife for being courageous enough to trust me on this crazy adventure.  She has sacrificed for my dream as if it was her own.  I like to think that she is the brains, I'm the brawn, and together we are Panini Pinups.
